I've already placed an order! Can I modify or cancel my order?
Sadly, no. Due to our system, we cannot modify or cancel an order once placed. If you entered the wrong shipping address please notify us within 12 hours of your order as we strive to have a speedy and efficient turnaround time. Please see our shipping info page on further information about entering wrong information with your address.
Can I use more than one promo code?
Our online register will only accept one coupon code at a time. We suggest using the one that appeals most to you and is most bang for your buck!
- If you use a discount code of 31% or more, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.
Can I find out more about items before I purchase?

Can You Help Me Put Together An Outfit?
Poppie's LOVES giving our customers outfit inspo and ideas! You can find advice on our Insta page and social media. You'll also find related items we suggest to create the perfect look with each product page!
Do You Have Gift Cards?
Of course we do! Shop our gift card options here. The recipient will receive an email with the gift code and a personalized message from you.
Just remember, gift cards are non-refundable and expire after 365 days.
You can also redeem a gift certificate and check your balance too.
Can my gift card be used in store?
Our Brick and Mortar locations and Website run as two separate entities. Gift Cards purchased in store can be used at either store location, but not online, Likewise, Gift Cards purchased online can only be redeemed online! To convert an in store gift card for online use please email a photo of the back of your gift card to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to purchase a gift card to be used in store, please call 615-784-4222 and we would be happy to ship an in store gift card to you! :)

Can I Pick Up An Item From The Store?
YES, and its FREE! When you check out, you can choose between the shipping or pick up options that are available. :) Please give 3-5 days processing time for in store pickups!

What Size Do I Order?
We know that every lady has her own unique shape, which means there is no ideal way to find the perfect size when shopping online. We do have a great sizing chart found here, but we also strive to put lots of love into our product descriptions with personalized messages and sizing tips from our models and staff!

Can I Place An Order By Phone?
Absolutely! You can place an order by phone when you call one of our Poppie's peeps at 615-784-4222 from 10am - 6pm CST.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?
When you check out, you’ll have the option to pay with any major credit card provider. You can also choose to checkout with PayPal, Afterpay, Shop pay, or Shopify pay!
How Can I Use An Online Gift Card Or Promo Code?
Of course! When you start the checkout process, enter your code in the box that says “Add Coupon” or “Gift Certificate.”
How Can I add Something to My Order?
If you have already checked out, but forgot to add an irresistible item, just go through our easy checkout again with that item! If you create an account/profile with us, checkout is even easier!
What Happens If There Is An Error Message On My Order?
You’re so close to getting your Poppie's goods, but you get an error message on your order. Don’t keep trying to checkout, as your card could end up getting charged more than once.
If you’re having issues checking out, call us right away (we are open 10-6 CST or email email@example.com) so we can fix it and get you your newest closet faves!
When Do I Get An Order Confirmation?
Right after you order, you should get an email confirmation letting you know we’ve received your request. You’ll also get an email as soon as we ship everything out.
