Thank you for purchasing with us, sister friend! :) We try to make the return process as easy as possible. No stress!

There are three easy steps to returns, but you may want to keep reading to make sure your item is eligible for return! :) 

 

1. Within 14 business days of your delivery date please email us at contactus@poppiestn.com with the subject line "return" and let us know whether you would like to exchange a size, product, or receive online store credit. 

2. Mail your item folded and shipped neatly in its original form (unwashed, unworn, with tags) with your packing slip or emailed receipt to:

    3. Allow us 4-6 days processing time and we will email you an online credit for the amount of the item returned (shipping charges are not issued credit) or or send you your exchanged product!

    How returns work: 

    Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY within 14 days of delivery date. Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers' expense. Return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return!  Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled! Please do not email about your return/store credit unless it has been more than 5 days. If you have any questions at all, please email us with the subject line "return" at contactus@poppiestn.com

    ** CREDIT WILL ONLY BE APPLIED FOR AMOUNT OF PRODUCT, NO SHIPPING WILL BE CREDITED

    **YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED OVER 31%. THIS INCLUDES DISCOUNT CODES! 

    ** ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

     

    What can be returned?

    • items that are UNWORN & unwashed
    • items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke, stains of any kind
    • items purchased at regular price 
    • shoes can ONLY be returned if they have 0 signs of wear and are in the original box :)

     

    What cannot be returned?

    • items that have been worn or washed
    • items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke
    • items with dog hair or deodorant, make up stains or stains of any kind
    • activewear  
    • sweatshirts, leggings, sports bra’s, Bralettes                     
    • Items purchase during a SALE, sale items
    • accessories
    • items purchased with store credit OR a discount code greater than 31% (the welcome code or blogger codes do not apply)

    How do I get my store credit once the return process has started? 

    Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card, expires after 365 days and is Final Sale! Online gift cards cannot be used at our store locations!

     

    DAMAGED ITEMS 

    • damaged items must be reported within 3 days of tracking number receiving detail. 
    • Please include a picture of the damage or defect with your email

    • If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, WE WILL NOT ISSUE STORE CREDIT AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING! If return shipping is not paid for within 14 days your item will be given to Charity!
    • Please fold your items neatly and wrap your items in tissue paper or some sort of package to protect the clothing from damage during shipping.
    • Returns are processed every 4-6 days!

     

    ***Please double check your shipping address! once we ship the package, you will be charged to double ship if you enter the wrong address. 

       

      ***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT! IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST WHILE IN TRANSIT YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE. We cannot refund or re-supply stolen packages or products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a safe shipping destination.
